W. Allen Clifford, President and CEO, is a business consultant and investor who has previously worked with medical and legal transcription companies in an advisory capacity. Upon realizing that such companies could be run in a more innovative and cost-effective manner, he founded RPI to service the needs of the medical and legal professions.

Sylvia Word Woodard, Vice President/Client Services, has a B.A. in Management and Computer Information Systems, with hands-on experience helping small businesses organize and institute operating and workflow strategies. She has served in the Army Reserve for the past 20 years, the first 14 as a patient administrator and more recently as an administrative specialist in charge of instructing personnel in the use of computer hardware/software.

Gary P. Posner, M.D., Vice President/Medical Director, practiced internal medicine for 15 years before branching out into medical software in 1995.  He has also had professional experience as a writer, editor, and newsletter publisher, and oversees RPI's transcriptionists and proofreaders.

Robert G. Isbell, M.D., Vice President/Marketing, practiced diagnostic radiology in Tampa for more than 30 years and is a past president of the Hillsborough County Medical Association. He serves as RPI's medical marketing consultant and liason to the physician community.
